Register now to take advantage of a $25 savings over the late registration rate for Rendezvous 2025. Standard registration ends August 31, and the late registration rate is $200. Important Update: Please submit payment within 24 hours of completing the registration form to avoid cancellation of your form.

Readers, join keynote speakers Jaime Jo Wright and Toni Shiloh, along with 40+ additional writers and fellow readers, for a celebration of Christian fiction and sweet reads on November 7-8 in St. Louis. Sweeten your reading and storytelling experiences with fellowship and encouragement at the Read Write Rendezvous gathering (modeled after the Christian Fiction Readers Retreat).

Paid registration to this year’s Rendezvous on Friday, November 7, from 5:00 p.m. to the conclusion of The Christy Award webcast and on Saturday, November 8, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. includes a book tote (with swag and books provided by authors, publishers, sponsors, and JustRead), appetizer reception stations Friday evening, breakfast, mid-morning beverages, lunch, and afternoon snack and beverages on Saturday.

Event activities will include corporate worship, designated book signing times, The Christy Award webcast watch party, speaker sessions, author panels, small group sessions, interactive games, a consignment book sale, the opportunity to meet and chat with authors and fellow readers, and numerous giveaways. Discounted lodging and custom event shirts (pickup only) are also available for a limited time.

Virtual Gathering Places

Come one, come all to the Rendezvous Community Facebook group! This group is a great place to ask readers and writers about their experience at past events, and it’s open to anyone interested in Rendezvous.

Once you’ve registered for this year’s Rendezvous, you’re ready to connect with fellow 2025 attendees via BAND (this popular desktop and app community platform offers email notification capabilities and is linked on the registration form). Sneak peeks, buddy reads, travel/lodging coordination, and frequently asked questions are just a few of the topics we’ll cover in the weeks leading up to this year’s event. We encourage all attendees to connect with each other before and after the event through BAND.
