Donations
Monetary or product donations in any amount or quantity are welcome. Unless otherwise specified, donations will be allocated to giveaway prizes or book tote contents for all participants or the Bonnie Roof Memorial Gift Fund.
Sponsorship
Suggested promotional packages are below. Customizations may be available.
Platinum Level $900+
- Logo featured & linked on the sidebar of the Rendezvous website, linked on the Sponsors page of the Rendezvous website, featured on various promotional social media graphics, and printed on the event program
- Includes a 2-page spread program ad space (graphics provided by your organization)
- Logo represented on welcome sign posted at entrance to the event venue
- Opportunity to promote your business with a table at the event with a maximum of 3 attendants (fully registered as participants) or sponsored attendees*
Gold Level $760+
- Logo featured & linked on the sidebar of the Rendezvous website, linked on the Sponsors page of the Rendezvous website, and printed on the event program
- Includes a full-page program ad space (graphics provided by your organization)
- Logo represented on welcome sign posted at entrance to the event venue
- Opportunity to promote your business with a table at the event with a maximum of 2 attendants (fully registered as participants) or sponsored attendees*
Silver Level $500+
- Logo featured & linked on the sidebar of the Rendezvous website, linked on the Sponsors page of the Rendezvous website, and printed on the event program
- Includes a 1/2 page program ad space (graphics provided by your organization)
- Logo represented on welcome sign posted at entrance to the event venue
- Opportunity to promote your business with a table at the event with 1 attendant (fully registered as a participant) or sponsored attendee*
*Void when prohibited by event or venue capacity.
Bronze Level $240+

- Includes 1/4 page program ad space (graphics provided by your company)
Paper Level $50+

Program Advertising
The Rendezvous program will be a 5.5-inch width by 8.5-inch height booklet with advertising space available in the following increments (additional dimensions and file specifications are available upon request). The advertiser must provide all graphics (images and wording). (W x H)
